Nikmatnya Minum Kopi di Otaku Coffe

Kuningan - Jangan mengaku pecinta kopi jika belum pernah nyeruput di Otaku Coffe and Cake. Kedai kopi yang beralamat di jalan RE Martadinata Ciporang ini tak hanya menawarkan deretan koleksi kopi lokal. Di sini, penikmat kopi diajak berpetualang mempelajari cara menyeduh kopi dengan variasi teknik hingga 6 macam.

Seluruh biji kopi disimpan dalam toples lengkap dengan tanggal pemrosesan serta kadaluarsanya. Setiap tamu yang memilih jenis kopi tertentu, dipersilakan melihat, memegang, dan mengendus sendiri biji kopinya.

“Ada banyak varian kopi yang kami sediakan. Seperti kopi Aceh, Sumatra, Toraja, Flores, Dewi Rengganis, El Salvador, Pitaloka, Sunda dan lain-lain,” kata Owner Otaku Coffe and Cake, Zeze Zainal kepada Kuningan Terkini, Jumat (29/1/2016).

Untuk teknik menyeduh kopi, pengunjung bisa memilihnya sendiri. Apakah mau teknik syphon, V60, French press, moka pot, Vietnam drip atau tubruk.

Sedangkan, menu untuk melengkapi seduhan kopinya, Zeze juga menyediakan kue balok. Macam-macam varian rasa kue balok bisa menjadi pelengkap saat minum kopi.

“ Otaku Coffe And Cake buka setiap hari mulai pukul 16.00-02.00 WIB. Harga kopi dan kue balok tentu saja bersahabat dengan konsumen. Kualitas kopi bintang lima tapi harga kaki lima,” ungkapnya. (DHE)
